I have been complaining to my room mate with whom I share my room in the hostel that I have been having really intense pain in my joints and back. At times I am even having pain at the back of my neck. So my friend told me to take a pain reliever, so that I can get rid of my pain as soon as possible. But then I am strictly against these pain relievers. Are there any natural pain relievers that can also perform better than the normal pain relievers?
