Can anyone tell me some foods to overcome iron deficiency?

Hi I am 45 and I have been diagnosed with iron deficiency. As I am trying to lose weight so I started taking those foods which have less calories and fat and due to this I forget to count the iron which has made me low in it. So I want to know some food which are high in iron recipes that I can cook at home. If anyone could suggest it then it will be really great. Thanks!
