I was watching Fox News yesterday and they talked about how majority of girls as young as 7 were hitting puberty so early. They were saying that because one in 5 girls is obese estrogen in fat cells, which is causing the girls to have breasts and periods at very young age. So, here I want to know that what is the exact rate of puberty for a girl as young as 7? What is the reason behind this? And can anyone tell me that weather food plays a vital role in this all or not? Any answer will be deeply appreciated.
