I am 40 years old and a high blood pressure patient. Yesterday I felt fluttering in chest. My heart was beating too fast and really hard in my chest. Actually the lift of our building was not working and I had to take stairs for 4 storeys. I felt as if I would faint. I was having trouble in breathing and was also experiencing tightness in my chest. I want to know the treatment for this fluttering in chest?
