No Fetal Pole?

I am 7 weeks pregnant and I went for an ultrasound. My doctor after doing the ultrasound said that the yolk sac was visible but there was no visible fetal pole. I am scared after the ultrasound report. Is this possible to have no fetal pole detected after 7 weeks of pregnancy? I dont want anything to happen with my baby. Could this be a sign of miscarriage or still birth? I want experts to reply?
