If exercising was a necessity, which would be your favorite exercises. I have always hated exercising. My dad insists I must ever since I started having back problems. I am not fat, but it’s just that it would keep me healthy I guess. Can you name a few exercises I could do at home and how many times a day it should be done? What exercises do I have to have to do in order to lose weight but be strong and reduce my back pain? My parents tell me eating two meals a day is not enough either.
