Well, I’m feeling not well these days and I have found that some kind of tension surrounding me every time. I want to know that whether I’m mentally ill or something else. What is the mental illness? Do you explain me the mental health definition? If someone referred to you as someone with mental health problems or mental health issues, is that means that you’re mentally ill. Please help me to define every aspect of it and tell me what to do for treating this kind of problem. Please help me.
