After feeling ill and weak for nearly a year my doctor diagnosed me with Candida yeast overgrowth. My doctor prescribed me for low sugar and low caffeine diet. From last one month I am strictly following doctor prescription. I am taking garlic and probiotics for about 2 weeks. My other symptoms seem to be getting better now, but my fatigue is still as bad as it was. I sleep for even 12 hours on some days. So now I want to ask from you people, what more I need to do?
