Well, I’m a female and actually, a close friend of mine was diagnosed with epilepsy after a miscarriage. Apparently this was cause by her body badly reacting to her pregnancy hormones. Are the epilepsy and pregnancy symptoms connected? Is there anyone who has a mild case of epilepsy as in the only take 400mg of Lamictal a day, had a natural child birth and if so: Is the child affected in any way? Can pregnancy cause epilepsy? I’m a long way from having babies want to know about the facts. Please help me.
