Hi there! I am 32 years old and for the past 3-4 days I have been suffering from diarrhea. I have been getting these watery stools along with leg cramps which are making my life worse. I have used the psyllium husk for my cause but it hasn’t benefited me much. Now I want to know from you about some effective treatment for diarrhea which I can use to good effect?
