Last Saturday, I had beef from the local market. Although I don’t prefer taking beef from local market but couldn’t resist the temptation. Now, I am having problems like bad stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhea. I fear if this is all because of the beef that I had. The beef must have had e coli, which has become a problem for me.
