I am 45 years old and I am suffering from high blood pressure for one year now. I have been managing my high blood pressure through diet, exercise and hydrochlorothiazide which is a diuretic. The use of this diuretic led to the deficiency of potassium in my body for which I have been prescribed k-dur. As I haven’t used it previously so I would like to know how to use k-dur for myself?
