Since the time that my boyfriend had left me for to another girl. And I have realized that he had gone and would never come back in my life. No matter what I did something or not, it was just impossible for me to get him back. But he was deeply embedded in my conscious as well as unconscious state of mind. This thought and realization have led to tension headache in me and it is difficult to bear. Is there any way in which I can get rid of this tension headache?
