I am teenager who is always having trouble with pimples on my face. But this time I have got an inflamed red bump near my lips. One of my friends told me that it could be cold sore. I am confused. Is it a cold sore or pimple? What is the difference between cold sore and pimple? Also, what are the treatments one can take to avoid them? I would be really glad if someone can help me on this. I would really appreciate it. Please suggest.
