I am a professional baseball player.Two days back when I was batting I got hit under my left rib cage.The hit mark has made a red spot over that area and is hurting me whenever I use my left shoulder.I have tried pain killers like diclofenac sodium tablets but they provide only temporary relief.I want a permanent cure for pain under left rib cage?Can a physiotherapist or massage therapy help me in improving my condition?Thanks!
