I am 30 years old and for the past few weeks I have been suffering from neck arthritis. Earlier I was suffering from arthritis in my limb joints. Now my neck has been affected quite badly and I am not sure as to how to cure it. I would be very much grateful if someone can tell me as to how to cure this neck arthritis? I want the experts to come out with the answers!
