Hi there! I am 26 years old and I am a smoker. I generally have 2-3 cigarettes/day. This cigarette has its problems already and as if those were not enough, I am encountering this constipation problem for the last few weeks. I had a feeling of sedation with them earlier but now I am encountering constipation. I want to know how constipation occurs after smoking? I mean what causes constipation? Which constituent of cigarette is responsible for constipation?
