All my energy seems to have drained in the shifting of my house.Since keeping maids is so expensive and even the labor charges are exorbitant that its better that i work myself with my friend .Since i have moved so many furniture it has caused a blinding pain in my arm that does not seem to go even if i pick up any small piece of furniture even.I want to know what can i do to give relief to my arm pain?
