I have been advised to go for Cognitive Restructuring after consulting some psychologists. The problem I am facing these days is something based on my thinking. Its not that this problem arose just in a day or two rather it’s a continuous process that need to be taken good care of. The medical help advised me for this process but I wish to know about it before going for it. What is the main idea of this Cognitive Restructuring and how efficient are these to make people’s thought process go positive?
