Hello everyone! I am 36 years old and I am here to discuss one of my problem’s with all of you. I am weighing around 82kgs (on my last count) and my cholesterol levels would be high as well. I have not gone for any check up of my cholesterol levels as yet but I want to know the ways of knowing one’s cholesterol levels? I have heard about the ldl and hdl’s, tell me what are they all about?
