Hello guys! I am here to discuss my father’s condition with all of you. He is 48 years old and he has high cholesterol levels. In simple words he is obese and he has put on a lot of unhealthy weight recently. I want to chalk out a suitable diet plan for him for his considering all his aspects of age and daily routine. For the same reason we went to the doctor yesterday who had his cholesterol levels checked out. In his report it was mentioned some cholesterol Hdl ratio. For a layman like me kindly throw some light on its meaning. What to decipher from such a report?
