Hi! I am 45 years old and I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure. My blood pressure count was 140/100, which is on the higher side. My doctor has advised me to adopt a proper diet plan along with exercise. He has also prescribed me cartia xt. I have not used it previously so I would like to know from the experienced as to how to use cartia xt for my disease?
