What should I do to care diabetes health?

Well, I’m not happy at all just because of my diabetic health and need urgent help from anyone of you. I need experienced advice on the situation that I’m dealing with. I’m feeling that sometime I feel nerve related issue and thinking that it may damage my nerve system one day. I’m a female and mother of two kids. I have some problem with daily eating habits but due to hectic schedule I can’t maintain my diet. I’m only over weight by 20pds. What should I do to care diabetes health? Please give me tips and suggestions for this.
