Well, I want to begin the consumption of blueberries in my diet regularly just for the health benefits. However, I am not sure what to do with them, in terms of recipes. I don’t just want to eat a handful of them because that would be overwhelming and I don’t want to put them in muffins or pies or anything like that. What are some blueberry’s health benefits? What has more health benefits: Blueberries or Raspberries? Do you have any ideas on healthy recipes that use blueberries? Please help me.
