Hi there! I am here for my father. He is 43 years old and he is suffering from high blood pressure. His blood pressure is quite high and he has been managing it through diet, exercise and medicines. The doctor has also asked me to keep a track of his blood pressure by monitoring it at regular intervals every week. I have brought one sphygmomanometer but I don’t know as to how to take blood pressure. Please inform me about the same!
