Recently my friend went to doctor as he was having a headache lost some hearing in his right ear.Doctor said that it is because of sinus infection and his eustachian tube was blocked, he was given some medicines but nothing working , so i need to know that Why blocked eustachian tube cause deafness and what should he do to get normal as he is in a great pain.
