Me and my wife are expecting our first child.She is 24 years old and this is going to be our first child.Yesterday I took her to the gynaecologist.There was my wife’s ultrasound conducted and a bfp test was also being done.I know ultrasound is carried out to check the growth of the foetus but I am unaware of the Bfp test.Somebody knows whats its done for.I also want to know the exact meaning of this abbreviation Bfp?
