Hey there! My brother is a chain smoker and all my family members had requested him to quit the habit of smoking but all in vain. I had even got him nicorette to help him quit smoking but he prefers to smoke rather than chew the gum. I want him to quit smoking because I don’t want diseases to house in his body at an early age. Please tell me the benefits of quitting smoking and the major side effects caused due to smoking so that I could tell them to my brother, may be this could help him quit smoking.
