When I was a kid I once had a shingles virus infection. It was pretty bad and I really hate being suffered from it. I cannot imagine myself getting the same thing again. What should we do as preventive measures to avoid shingles virus? Is there a vaccine to be taken for that? And also tell if there is any chance of recurring if I had it once? Is there something I can do to stop it from happening again?
