I was in the army.I had fought some battles for my country in the last decade as I was deployed in the border security force.All these years of tiring pains I undertook with a smile as I was the soldier of my country.But after serving my country for 15 years my body has taken some real lusty blows.I am having this pain arising from the annular tear on my lumber vertebrae 5 and 6,my x-ray shows it.I want to know the annular tear treatment for me,which could really benefit me?
