My wife is 38 years old and she has been suffering from breast cancer for the past one year now.She had been administered with ifosfamide some 1 month back. It benefited her for two weeks or so but later it resulted in toxicity. Her doctor is calling on to use Mesna for her. I would like to know from people if she needs to be administered with Mesna for her toxicity? How will the Mesna be useful for her?
