Hey I want to ask a simple question from you people. From somewhere I have heard about the American council on exercise. It is a non profitable organization that helps in enriching the quality of life through the safe and effective exercise and the physical activity. Now my question here is how one can become the certified trainer from the American council on Exercise? What are the requirements for becoming a certified ACE trainer? And how much time it will take to become an ACE certified trainer? Please help me with any suitable question as quickly as possible.
