What are the chances of kidney and reproductive organs damage by the treatment of brain cancer?

Currently I am suffering from brain cancer and I am in severe treatment of my doctor. Now it seems like I am recovering from the brain cancer but I am feeling lots of side effects from my brain cancer treatment. The side effects that right now I am feeling are nausea, vomiting, and hair loss. But these things are not making me worry but I am worried because my doctor had told me that there are some chances of kidney and reproductive organs damage due to chemotherapy treatment in brain tumor. So I want to ask this from you guys, is it true and if yes than what are the chances of failure of kidney and reproductive orgasm?
