Can anyone give me some info about clinimix in general language?

I wish to know about clinimix and the things related with it. I came to know about this medication a few days ago for the reason that I have got negative nitrogen balance into my body. Could someone say me about it and make me abreast with its usage and side effects? I know I can google it but the medical language on the websites is so difficult that I am not able to get it. Can you explain me all about it in general language? Not in terms of medical language.
