How to prevent blood clot?

Yesterday I went to physical center near my home. While working out in the morning an ugly thing happened and my little finger got squeezed between 2 dumbbells of 90 pounds each. I used ice packs but no relief it’s been like 6 hours and it’s swollen up like crap and its turning blue black slowly on all sides. Its paining too what should I do please help! I will be thankful to you.
