I am 32 years old and I am a professional baseball player. Two days back in the match,I got hit on my chest and from that time onward I have been suffering from sternum pain. It is paining me whenever I am breathing hard. I want to know from the experts about the possible ways to treat sternum pain? Should I go for an x ray? Waiting for everybody’s valuable replies.
