What’s the treatment for irregular bowel movements?

I am 38 years old and I am here for my cause. You see my stomach is troubling me quite badly and it’s not well at all. I have been suffering from poor digestion and acidity since one month. My bowel movements have gone irregular and I would highly appreciate if someone can educate me about the treatment of irregular bowel movements!! Awaiting replies!
