One day while running cross country I suffered Knee Hyperextension that has made me stop all the games and sports activities which were once an integral part of my day to day life. I feel like doing nothing for whole day if unable to play any kind of sports that day. Just amazing my condition where I am not playing from almost 4 days. I wish to know about Knee Hyperextension treatments and how effective and fruitful these could get. I have learned that there are some exercises for this kind of injury, can anybody mention these.
