Urecholine side effects?

I am a male of 30 years who is having some sort of problems while urinating. I do not empty my bladder completely and that has become a big cause of conecrn for me. Urine is the waste that needs to come out from body at times but I  am finding it tougher to urinate. I came across a medication that is Urecholine. I have learned that it’s a kind of disease that helps a lot to the people  suffering fromthis problem.  Can somebody let me know about Urecholine side effects and what are its different usage?
