Lsil treatment?

So , I have a kind of dysplasia on my pap smear, I am  afraid if this is cancer, as one day when I was discussing this with my colleagues in the office, they said this is something very abnormal and I should immediately rush to a doctor and get the pap test done.  After I got my pap test done, my pap smear showed LSIL and mild dysplasia.  So please tell me the treatment for this, it would be a great help.
