5 Natural remedies for cystic acne

b. How to use: To make a saline soak, you need warm water. Add one tablespoon of salt. Soak your towel or any cloth in that warm water and then put the soaked cloth on your face for about 10 minutes until the area is red and warm.

b. How to use: Add the vinegar to water on a 1/4 ratio. Then by using a clean cotton ball, dab the solution onto the skin. Repeat process 2-3 times a day until the acne clears up.

c. Do’s and don’t: Apple cider vinegar is highly acidic and should not be taken orally.

4. Tree oil

b. How to use: To use, dab a cotton ball into the tree oil and then gently apply the cotton piece on the affected area of the skin before going to bed. Rinse off the tree oil in the morning. For fast healing Vitamin E supplements can be taken.

c. Do’s and don’t: Tree oil should be used topically because it can have side effects if swallowed. Excessive use should be avoided as it can lead to the growth of allergic rash, itching or blistering. People with skin problems and eczema should avoid using tree oil much.

a. How it works: Potato has many vitamins and minerals which can act as a miracle to combat acne and pimples.

b. How to use: All you need is a potato (preferably the small sized ones so that you do not waste it).

Cut 2 slices from it, and rub the ‘sticky’ side against your entire face.
(If your case is severe, cut another two slices, and do the same).
Leave it to dry naturally for about 30-60 minutes before washing it off.
Repeat procedure twice a day.

c. Do’s and don’t: Make sure to use healthy potatoes. Do not use if you have a fresh wound.
