Does yoga cure drug addictions, if so please do tell me how? I want to quit smoking and I can’t seem to stop myself. I have to have at least one or two day. That is the least I have been able to do. There has not been a time when I have not had a smoke a single day. Can you please tell me ways to quit smoking as I am planning on having kids soon? My husband keeps ticking me of about it too. Frankly even I do not want to continue, I have tried nicotine chewing gums and stuff. I am not going to go to rehab. If yoga helps then I am ready to try it.
