Hello everyone! I am here to discuss my mother’s condition with you all. My mother is 38 years old and she has been diagnosed with borderline diabetes. Her glucometer count two days back was 130 mg/dl. She is not diabetic as such but she has been advised to change her daily routine and eating habits. The doctor has also asked to include some exercise in her daily schedule. I want to know all possible ways to control borderline diabetes?
