hello to all! I am 21 years old and I have no major health issues as such. I am here for just a mild query. Last week I was having my periods and they turned out to be quite painful this time. I never had such painful periods in my entire life and this time I even suffered from abdominal cramping. I want to know if someone else is sailing in the same boat as I am? I want to know the treatment for cramping before period?
