Hello folks! I am 32 years old and I am a professional baseball player. Some one week ago we had a match in which I got hit on my knee. It was a very painful experience for me. From that time onward my left knee is swollen and its in pain. I am just taking rest at my place and I haven’t tried anything for it. I would appreciate if people can let me as to how to treat a knee injury? Waiting for the replies!
