Hi folks! I am 42 years and I have no big health issues as such but I have one problem to discuss with you all. Two nights back when I was very tired after the work I slept on a pillow which was quite raised. From that time onwards I am having pain in my trapezius muscle. I am unable to move my head forward and back because its paining like hell. I want to know an effective trapezius pain remedy?

    Trapezius strain often affects women, especially women who work in an office or at a desk, and do repetitive reaching and lifting types of jobs. Fortunately, the back pain treatments for trapezius muscle pain are easy to understand and simple to do. A few gentle stretches can often bring quick relief, and a neck pain treatment program that combines stretching with a few light strengthening exercises can make your pain a thing of the past.
    Some exercises you can do to release your trapezius.
    LATERAL NECK STRETCHES- You can repeat these 5 to 15 times.  Bring your left ear down towards your left shoulder stretching the right side   of your neck. Hold for a few moments, then repeat to the right.
    NECK ROTATION- Repeat these 5 to 15 times.  Look over your right shoulder. Hold for a few moments, and then repeat to the left.
    Combine the LATERAL STRETCHES with ROTATIONRepeat these 5 to 15 times.  Use your right hand to reach over your head, and pull your head down towards your right shoulder while bending your head forward, and looking down at your left hip. Repeat with the opposite side.
