Add the crushed ginger to the water and cover the vessel with a lid. Let it simmer for few minutes. Now strain the liquid and add few drops of fresh lemon juice and honey. Stir well and enjoy the tea. You can add a little more flavour if you want by adding mint leaves or crushed cardamom or maybe even cinnamon. Remember that you should not have more than three cups of ginger tea in a day.
