From last three days I have sore and itchy throat, runny nose, congestion and cough. Sometimes I really feel fatigue and my body aches like hell. I was wondering what it could be? Then only my mother told that it seems to be head cold symptoms. Before I start eating medicine for the same I want to know are these really symptoms of head cold? Please tell me the best treatment for this. Thank you.
