Some days ago I found a lump behind my right ear. I haven’t had any such condition previously. It was all going perfectly fine until Two-three days back. There is this irritating brown lump behind my right ear which is causing me real impairment.I am 32 years old and working professional. The pain irradiating from the lump is for a short time but sharp covering my entire length of the neck. Do I need to have surgery done?
