I am 32 years old and work in mining industry. My job calls for dealing with a lot of dust. My lungs have paid the price for my work. They are in bad condition and as if this was not enough. Now I am having a bump on my right eyelid which I think is due clogging of my oil glands which are present at the base of eyelashes. Due to this reason only I am having gritty feeling in my right eye with itching and redness of the surrounding area. Should I go for surgery of this bump?
